Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped when completed and will be sent via your chosen delivery which is either 24hr tracked or 48hr tracked. Tracking details will be sent on dispatch, please ensure you use the correct email address on purchasing to keep you upto date.

All overseas customers, please order and checkout as normal. Then please email me at dawnforrester44.df@gmail.com for additional shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Please note, Items are NON REFUNDABLE unless damaged or faulty. Items will be offered to either be replaced or re-make the item first, the item will need to be un-used/un-worn.  If there is a mistake on our part, for instance, incorrect spelling on items, items will be replaced & sent to you. We do not cover return postage or refund any postage fees.
